The Surroundings

A trip to the essence of the island

Can Pujolet is a refuge from where you can enjoy the most authentic Ibiza. We invite you to discover the north of the Balearic island, the area furthest from the tourist route, an oasis of tranquility and natural beauty where you can lose, and find, yourself.

Magical sunsets

Say goodbye to the day with the incredible sunsets that paint the Ibiza sky with a thousand colors. At the doors of our hotel you will find several paths that take you to impressive cliffs, from where you can contemplate this unique spectacle surrounded by nature.

You cannot miss the fantastic sunsets from the north of Ibiza, where you can appreciate the soft contours of the island silhouetted against the sky and the sea. On clearer days, you can see the twinkling lights of the peninsula in the background.

Trails with views

Walk the impressive trails in the north of the island and enjoy the panoramic views of the waters of the Mediterranean. From the hotel you can access several trails, and we recommend the following routes:

  • Go to Punta de ses Torretes
  • Stroll along the forest to reach the coastline and cliffs near the hotel
  • For a hidden landscape, go to Ses Torres d’en Lluc — a privileged enclave to see Cala d’Albarca and the surrounding area

Charming towns

Enter the heart of towns like San Mateo and Santa Inés, where almond trees in bloom will welcome you. Don’t miss out on the local gastronomy during a stop along the way. In Can Cosmi you can take in an authentic vibe, while the unbeatable views offered by Las Puertas del Cielo restaurant make for a memorable experience.

Vibrant markets

The San Juan market is, without a doubt, a must-see every Sunday. There you can discover local products and crafts in a vibrant, simple atmosphere. There is also a local market held on Sundays in Benirrás, where you won’t want to miss the sunset to the rhythm of the drums.

Paradise beaches

The crystal clear waters of Ibiza speak for themselves. The water of Cala Salada and Cala Saladeta, two hidden gems in the north of Ibiza, are our favorites. If you are looking for an even quieter place, visit Punta Galera before 9:00 in the morning and enjoy the beach in near solitude. We also recommend Playa de s’Aigua Blanca and Pou des Lleó, where the water is a beautiful intense emerald color and you can eat good fish in a nearby restaurant.

Adventures in the sea

In Puerto San Miguel, you will find a wide variety of water activities at a good price. Here you can rent a small fishing boat to explore the coast at your own pace.

Unforgettable flavors

Enjoy a delicious culinary experience at nearby restaurants. We recommend Balansat, between San Miguel and Benirrás, or Can Pujol, on the other side of the bay. If you want to taste dishes made with fresh products from the island, we recommend the following restaurants:

  • Can Berry Vell, for good fish and meat, dinner only. In San Agustín.
  • Balansat Restaurant, we love their paellas. In the Port of San Miguel.
  • La Paloma Café, where you can find organic food. In San Lorenzo.
  • Pou des Lleó, where you can eat rice and bullit de peix just a few meters from the sea.
  • Ses Cassettes. In San Mateo.
  • Can Sulayetas, perfect to enjoy a calm, authentic and informal atmosphere. Located on the secondary road that connects Sant Miquel and Sant Mateu.

If you go to San Antonio

We like to recommend La Torre hostel, where you can start the day with a delicious breakfast, or end the day with a drink while watching the spectacular sunset over the bay.

To eat, head to Club Náutico, a perfect place to taste Mediterranean cuisine with sea views. If you fancy an even more special experience, you can book a sailboat and enjoy the sunset from the water.

On the other side of the bay, Can Pujol offers you a trip back in time. This family restaurant, with its traditional decoration and cozy atmosphere, will win you over with its delicious homemade food.

To close the night, go to Pikes, an old hotel converted into a nightclub. Let yourself be carried away by the good music, the calm atmosphere and the kitsch decoration of this unique place.

Yoga and well-being

Start your day with an energizing yoga class facing the sea in Benirrás at 9:00 in the morning. Consult the hotel team if you want more information.

Ibicencan fauna

Observe the island’s native fauna, such as the Eleonora falcon, which migrates from Madagascar every year, as well as hedgehogs, rabbits and many other species.

Move without limits

We offer vehicle rental through our partners. Please ask hotel staff for more information.

  • This list is not exhaustive, there are many other great places and restaurants in the area.
