General Conditions:

• We will send you the confirmation of your reservation when we have confirmed availability.
• Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of a credit card number and expiration date.
• 2 nights will be charged as a deposit.
• If you cancel your reservation less than 15 days before your arrival, the deposit will not be returned. In the case of a reservation of more than 4 nights that is cancelled within 7 nights or less of arrival, 50% of the total amount will be charged.
